Dreadlocks - Neglect Method
so it has been 5 months now that i have gone neglect so my hair can dread itself. Below are images from day 5 to month 5. You can see the progress and the changes over each month. I wash my hair twice a week with DHHQ Dread Shampoo and towel dry it and squeeze all the water out of my hair. Other then that, I do nothing to my hair. I hope this helps all of those people who were like me and thought that the neglect method was dirty and nasty. Here is my timeline and my proof that it is not.

Custom Mel for buidling cities inside of maya
I know that most people have seen King Kong, but did you know that Chris White, the computer graphics supervisor for the film, wrote a custom mel script named "CityBot" to create over 90,000 3D buildings. All of Manhattan Island would be 3D as well as parts of New Jersey, Brooklyn, and Queens. The article talking about this can be found here (http://www.cgarchitect.com/upclose/article1_CW.asp)
I think that it would be awesome if somehow they released a version to buy so that people could use it at home. Here is a video I found of it being used. I just thought that this was something really awesome! Wish I knew how to write mel scripts like this.

At the same time though, I have found another great mel script for creating cities. It's called "Mel City Generator" and it was created by a guy names Richard Sun. As of this moment you can't buy it because he is improving on it but he does plan on selling it as a plug in for maya later on down the road. You can check out his website at (http://richsunproductions.info/vsfx705/modelingsuite.html)
With that said I will leave you with a video of his custom mel.
